At Plaid Home Experts, we believe in transparency, efficiency, and respect for your time. That’s why we provide standard pricing for many of our common services right here on our website.

What You Can Expect:

  • No Guesswork: Standard pricing sets clear expectations, helping you plan your time and budget.

  • Efficiency First: The responsibility is on us to get the job done right and within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Time Valued: You won't be left waiting around for vague “hourly” estimates or unpredictable invoices.

A Few Notes:

  • While our pricing is designed to be straightforward, some jobs may require adjustments due to unique challenges, additional parts, or unexpected complexities.

  • Standard pricing applies within our primary service area. If your location is outside of that area, a small travel fee may apply, which will always be communicated in advance.

  • To ensure every visit is worth your time and ours, we have a $240 minimum service charge. This means if the total cost of your requested service(s) falls below that amount, the minimum still applies. We recommend bundling multiple tasks during one visit to get the most value from your appointment and avoid paying the minimum for small standalone services.

TV Mounting Pricing

Standard TV Mounting $135

  • TV less than 65”, installed on drywall / mounted to studs. Add $45 for brick or cement board install.

  • Customer supplied ‘fixed’ or ‘tilting’ mount. Add $45 if supplying low profile tilting mount.

Large TV Add-On $45

  • TV 65” and larger.

  • Over 75”, inquire for pricing.

‘Full Motion’ Mount Add-On $45

  • Customer supplied ‘Full Motion’ mount. Add $125 if supplying full motion with swivel, tilt & extension mount.

  • Mantle Mount, inquire for pricing.

Low Voltage Chase Add-On $75

  • Install a new low voltage chase to hide TV wires behind wall (NOT to be used for power or extension cords).

  • Hardware is included.

  • Does NOT include drilling fire-blocking and/or any drywall repair if necessary, inquire for pricing.

  • Exterior wall, inquire for pricing.

Standard Outlet Add-On $135

  • Install a new outlet behind TV (assumes another outlet nearby / under the TV on an interior wall).

  • Includes 15A or 20A outlet with associated 14G or 12G wiring to match existing.

  • Does NOT include drilling fire-blocking and/or any drywall repair if necessary, inquire for pricing.

  • Exterior wall, inquire for pricing.

Outlet and Chase Combo Add-On $175

  • Install a new outlet behind TV (assumes another outlet nearby / under the TV on an interior wall).

  • Hardware is included. Single outlet, for double add $20. For media box add $50.

  • Does NOT include drilling fire-blocking and/or any drywall repair if necessary, inquire for pricing.

  • Exterior wall, inquire for pricing.
